In accordance with the Georgia Administrative Procedures
Act, O.C.G.A 50-13-1 et seq., the Office of Secretary of State
created an electronic version of the Rules and Regulations of the State of
Georgia. Published in March of 2004, the online version is updated monthly but
it is not an official copy. The official compilation of the Rules and
Regulations of the State of Georgia must be obtained by the legal publisher,
the Darby Printing Company. Users of the site are able to search by the name of
rule itself, a specific rule number, the name of the agency, or a chapter/rule
number.
