Premium Services ($100 Non-refundable Account Set-up Fee):

• Department of Revenue - Vehicle Identification Search (you must be an automobile dealer and registered as a GRATIS customer with the Department of Revenue to use this application.)
• Department of Driver Services Online MVRs (must be certified with DDS and GTA. If you are a School District, Fire Department, or Police Department, you are not subject to the $100 account set-up fee, but must mail in your account application with payment for $10 set-up fee.)
